Association of Former BCS (FA) Ambassadors (AOFA):
The Association is a voluntary, not for profit, non-political organization, bringing together former Ambassadors from the BCS(FA) Cadre. It is a useful treasure trove of knowledge and experience in all aspects of foreign policy and international cooperation, which could be profitably tapped by the government as well as other interested quarters from time to time. It is also a useful tool for track-II and public diplomacy. The Association has recently been registered with the Directorate General of Social Services. It maintains close fraternal relations with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
